Hey Richie, I was thinking about this the other day and wondering if you’d be continuing to respond to it even though you’re abroad. So when I looked at your Facebook today I was quite shocked to see you had already finished some, mine included! It’s lovely to see what you have created but it got me thinking that it would have perhaps been nice to see the original inspiration just because I’m a nosey kinda bugger and I like to see how people’s mind tick and the creative processes they’ve used. Still working on the responses whilst here in New Zealand. Not as easy as I do not have a studio but will be creating responses that will still work, just adds another challenge. I have been on the fence the whole way through the collaboration about showing the initial stimulus for each piece however I also like the idea that the fruition of the collaboration is the main focus. If you or anyone has a desire to see what someone has sent me or I have sent them then I have most of the initial images scanned before I left the Scotland. Bare with me on how frequent responses will be posted as I do not have internet at home, though as the snow has not arrived I have time on my side. Inbetween the aftershocks that Christchurch is still living daily with even down here in Queenstown we are feeling the rumblings. Maybe that will influence some of the responses to come, plenty still to do..
